Temporary Closure Notice (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026)

Dear Valued Clients,

We hope this message finds you well & you are enjoying this wonderful Cairns weather.

We wanted to let you know that the Moore Solutions team will be taking a break from Friday 19th September 2025 and will return to full operations on Tuesday 19th January 2026.

During this time, we’ll be exploring our beautiful Australian backyard with our young family before they begin their next exciting chapter—high school (eeek!). It’s a special time for us to make some lasting memories together and while the kids still like us! 😊

 

If you have any urgent concerns or queries prior to 19th September, please don’t hesitate to email us at admin@mooresolutions.com.au. We will do our best to resolve your request (subject to the scope of work required) before we leave, or alternatively, make suitable arrangements while we’re away or upon our return. In the meantime, you’re welcome to visit our website at www.mooresolutions.com.au, where you’ll find a range of step-by-step tutorials and troubleshooting guides that may help resolve common issues. These resources are available 24/7 and are a great first step if something comes up while we’re away.

Whilst off the tools, I’ll still be contactable by phone and email (reception permitting), and where needed, I may be able to coordinate with a trusted contractor for face-to-face support—please note this is dependent on their availability.

We are continuing to take bookings for 2026 and are looking forward to hitting the ground running when we’re back in January.

As a small, self-employed local business, we deeply appreciate your understanding and support as we take this brief but important time with our family.

Craig is fantastic, knowledgable and so easy to deal with. Craig planned, quoted, supplied and installed our security cameras. The entire process was smooth, efficient and nothing was a problem, even adding a couple of extra cameras after he arrived on site. Craig recently installed multiple screen displays for our fleet GPS navigation and safety system.

Craig has made allowances at the same time to integrate CCTV security camera feeds which we aim to source from him and have him install in the near future.
